According to Call of Duty 4's rumour-mill website eSports Detectives, LAN79 is soon to be announced with a Call of Duty 4 tournament with a pretty tidy prizepurse to boot.
Rumour has it that the event will take place during the 3rd weekend in May (13th - 16th) with a €6,500 prizepot due to increase by €200 per team after the 32-team limit has been reached!

The entry fee is still unknown at this point, but what is known is that it will be Turn Up & Play (TUP) on high-spec computers & the Vita Nova crew will be involved.
